Our Center
At KidzLife Childcare Ministry, we believe every child is unique and deserves a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can thrive. Our dedicated team is passionate about providing quality childcare and early learning experiences that help children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
We offer age-appropriate learning opportunities that encourage exploration, creativity, and growth through play-based and hands-on experiences. KidzLife Childcare Ministry is a registered daycare ministry of the State of Indiana. We will operate in accordance with the laws governing daycare ministries in the State of Indiana. As a Christian daycare, we strive to reflect Christ’s love through the care, compassion, and respect we show every child and family.
We understand that choosing childcare is one of the most important decisions a family can make. That’s why we are committed to creating a welcoming, family-centered atmosphere where parents can feel confident that their children are safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential every day.

Frequently asked questions
We teach simple bible stories and principles, but we do not teach any doctrine that we personally believe.
We do charge a one-time application fee to get you set up in our system.
Additionally, if your child is enrolled in our Preschool or Pre-K program, there is a once-a-year fee for the curriculum that we charge in the fall.
We use a program called Brightwheel for our billing. This program allows you to make all your payments through them. They accept credit cards and automatic drafts from checking accounts. You have the option to pay each time manually, or you can set it to autopay.
We communicate with parents through the Brightwheel app.  This app allows you to see what is happening in your child’s class throughout the day by logging in and checking their feed as things happen in the class. It also allows you to communicate directly with the teacher or director through a message system that goes directly to your student’s teacher. This app is required upon signing up for our program.
At Kidzlife, we provide a nutritious lunch and two daily snacks for all children in our care. Breakfast is also available for children who arrive early and need it. Our lunches are freshly prepared on-site by our staff, giving us the opportunity to serve balanced, kid-friendly meals in a warm and familiar environment. Parents are not required to pack a lunch unless their child has specific dietary needs or restrictions.
KidzLife Childcare Ministry is a Registered Childcare Ministry, which means the State of Indiana does not require us to follow the staff-to-child ratios established for licensed childcare centers. However, because the safety and well-being of our children and staff are a top priority, we voluntarily follow the same ratio guidelines required of licensed childcare facilities. We believe maintaining appropriate class sizes allows us to provide a safer, more nurturing environment where every child receives the attention and care they deserve.
Our ratios are:
Infant Room: 5 to 1
One Year Old: 6 to 1
Two Year Old: 9 to 1
Three Year Old: 11 to 1
Four Year Old: 13 to 1
Five Year Old: 17 to 1
Payments are due each Monday. You pay for the week you are starting. Payments not received by Thursday morning have a $10 late fee assessed to them unless arrangements have been made with the director.

Classrooms
Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed to support every stage of your child’s development. From our nurturing infant room to our kindergarten-ready Pre-K program, each classroom provides age-appropriate learning experiences, caring and qualified teachers, and a safe environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
All of our staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and any staff who work in the infant room also have a Safe Sleep certification.
Safety Standards
Our daycare uses a key fob system for all parents. Our doors are locked at all times, if you have a key fob you can come and go from 6 am to 6 pm as you need to with no restrictions. We also have motion censored cameras installed for security.Â
Your child’s safety is our highest priority. To help keep every child safe, we only release children to individuals authorized by a parent or guardian. If someone not on your approved pick-up list will be picking up your child, simply let us know in advance with their name. When they arrive, we’ll ask to see a valid photo ID before releasing your child. These simple steps help ensure every child goes home with someone you know and trust.
Food & Nutrition
Our facility provides a well-balanced meal program. Students receive a hot lunch that meets the state standards for hot lunches.
Examples of our lunches include meat, vegetable, fruit, and milk each day.
In addition, students receive a morning snack and an afternoon snack. Milk and water are offered throughout the day as needed.
If you have an infant you are required to provide premade bottle labeled with the child’s name and the date the bottles are made. If they are doing baby food that also is required for you to provide, once your child is ready for table foods, we can provide a balanced lunch for them.
